Living Cluster acts solely as a technology platform enabling payments between apartment residents and apartment associations. We do not hold or control the funds paid and do not charge any commission on these transactions.
All payments for apartment maintenance fees are transferred directly to the bank accounts of the respective apartment associations.
As such, Living Cluster does not process or issue refunds for any payments made through our Services.
Any requests for refunds, adjustments, or cancellations must be directed to the respective apartment association. Refunds are subject to the policies and discretion of the apartment association involved.
Residents are responsible for any payment gateway convenience fees or transaction charges. These fees are non-refundable.

If you believe a payment was made in error or fraudulent activity occurred, please contact the apartment association directly. You may also contact your bank or payment service provider to dispute a transaction.
