Payments made on Living Cluster primarily relate to apartment management and monthly maintenance fees, which are paid by apartment residents through our app but transferred directly to the respective apartment association’s bank accounts. As a technology service provider and aggregator, Lotez Technologies (OPC) Private Limited does not charge any commission or mark-up on these transactions. We function solely as a pass-through platform facilitating payments between residents and associations.

Given this structure, our services are treated as technology services under GST law, and we do not levy GST on the maintenance amounts transferred. However, any payment gateway convenience fees or transaction charges applied during the payment process are payable by the apartment resident and are governed by the respective payment gateway’s policies.

Regarding refunds, due to the nature of apartment management and association agreements, Living Cluster does not encourage or process refunds directly. Decisions regarding refunds or cancellations are managed exclusively by the apartment associations. Residents seeking refunds or adjustments are advised to contact their respective associations directly.

Payments on Living Cluster are handled securely by third-party payment processors such as Cashfree. These processors comply with industry standards, including PCI DSS, to ensure your financial data is protected. We transmit your sensitive payment information directly to these gateways and do not store such details ourselves.

We utilize the WhatsApp Business API to send you transactional messages related to your payments and updates about our services. The handling of your phone number and message content by WhatsApp is governed by their privacy policies. If you prefer not to receive messages via WhatsApp, you may opt out at any time by contacting our support team.
